The 2012 Fiat 500c is one adorable little drop-top, and it’ll be available at retail outlets this spring, priced from $19,500. That price point gives the 500c the distinction of being the only cabrio under $20,000, though it’s safe to assume that the price tag will jump quickly when adding...
